In our house we are constantly eating later and later due to work committments, so it's great to have a vegetarian recipe book that divides up into meals that take only twenty minutes or 'in the time it takes to set the table'. I've yet to try any of the savoury dishes, although tonight we're making the Lentil Ragu Agrodolce with pappardelle, so bring on teatime.
