‘You start school tomorrow… so what shall we do today?’

Scamp starts school tomorrow, she was incredibly anxious a few weeks but slowly over the past couple of weeks she’s become more used to the idea and now is rather excited about the change. Her new teacher came to visit us this morning and though Scamp didn’t speak a word to her she didn’t run and cry so a definite improvement from a few weeks back.
As a ‘little treat’ I asked her to choose something we could do together this afternoon. The cinema maybe, soft play, a visit to the beach perhaps…
