I’ve noticed things have changed. A bit like unoriginal musicals making it in the West End, we appear to have lost the originality and flair in our scriptwriting. Perhaps I’m guilty of driving this trend – perhaps we all are. I went along to the cinema to see American Reunion (I know, but I grew up on the American Pie series and I just had to see what happened to Jim’s Dad) and I was surprised at how many posters and trailers I saw for sequels to movies.
