The “And More” of being a Mama – relationships

I’ve been giving a lot of thought of late to what this blog started out as, and especially about what the “and more” part of Mama and More means.

Being a mother is utterly transformative. There is life BC (before children), and – I think – a variation of life after, or rather, with. I can’t think of a single relationship which stays the same after children – husband/lover/partner, you are now in the trenches together, and sometimes sorely tempted to blow each other’s heads off, and wonder where the couple that lived in this house before are.
