It’s not possible to over-estimate how much any sort of change can affect James. Next week my daughter, Grace, is going to Nan and Grandad’s for a few days for a well-earned break and to be a bit spoilt. Even though James and Grace spend about 50% of their waking moments squabbling, it is still a huge change for James to cope with that she won’t be here for 5 nights next week. Especially at bedtime, which isn’t easy at the best of times.

So to that end I have been planning a jam packed week
