Working without fear – a fairly simple concept you would think wouldn’t you? You head off to work, sit at your desk, do your job and then leave again at the end of the day.

But it’s not always that simple.

24 April is National Stalking Awareness Day 2014 (NSAD 2014). If a member of staff were to approach you today and disclose that someone was stalking them, would you know what to do?

Stalking is one of the most frequently experienced types of abuse. Whether the perpetrator is a colleague of the victim, a client of the victim or someone completely unconnected to their employment, stalking can cross-over into the work place.
