Wobble with a Recipe So today is supposed to be an update on how wonderful my weight loss is going, how I am out working out daily........If that's the sort of thing you're looking for, look elsewhere!
I had an utterly crap week last week. I gained, probably in the region of, 7lb! Yes, really.
To say I was p**sed off would be an almighty understatement! I exercised daily, I (sort of) watched my food. Lets not kid ourselves though, I am just totally crap at dieting. Being a normal human being, and a hormonal one at that, can you guess what I did after the scales???
Ate everything in sight
Of course, the next day, I got on the scales.......to see that, I had managed to gain more.
