Weightwatchers weigh in week 1

As I explained last week, I’m getting Back to my Best. I’ve been following the ProPoints plan for a week now and today it’s time to see if I’ve actually lost any weight. It’s been going pretty well so far. I’ve found the iPhone app really easy to use once I’d had a chance to have a practice and I’ve been adding all my meals religiously. I’ve tried a couple of the recipes in the books WeightWatchers sent me.
