Weightwatchers weigh in week 1

As I explained last week, I’m getting Back to my Best. I’ve been following the ProPoints plan for a week now and today it’s time to see if I’ve actually lost any weight. It’s been going pretty well so far. I’ve tried a couple of the recipes in the books WeightWatchers sent me. The Carrot and Walnut Cakes were really easy to make and super tasty and I’ll be sharing a wonderful recipe for Tuna with a Caper Dressing next week.
