On fast days I eat around 500 calories which usually consists of a late breakfast and then a dinner or a light breakfast and lunch and then a larger dinner. Crispbread's with Marmite have become my new best friend, at only 19 calories per crispbread I have them for breakfast if I feel that I can't wait until late morning. Sticks of celery are a life saver if I get the mid afternoon munchies and My Fitness Pal is a handy app that I use to keep track of my calories on my ipad and phone.
