Tarragon Chicken - Recipe

Tarragon chicken is one of those meals that I don't make very often. It doesn't actually take that long to prepare but, because it tastes so good, I make it for very special occasions so we don't tire of eating it and so we can really, really enjoy it.

I usually serve the chicken with potatoes and vegetables but I think it would also go lovely with some rice and salad. Or, if you have a Husband like mine, chips! The kids love it too.


4 chicken breasts Salt and pepper 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1 tbsp of dried tarragon 300ml chicken stock 125ml dry white wine 175ml double cream 1 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
