Lamb is such a must at this time of year but my younger two really don't like it as part of their Sunday roast. So I've been looking for ways to get the children to eat this delicious meat and I have finally found a way to do this with these great burgers that are super easy to make and very tasty.
Burger Ingredients * 450g Lamb Mince * 1 Red Onion, finely chopped * Black Pepper and Sea Salt, to taste Mint Mayo Ingredients * 4 tbsp Mayonnaise * 1 tsp Dijon Mustard * 1 tbsp Mint Sauce
Place lamb mince, onion and seasoning in a bowl. Mix together and mould into 6 patties. Place the patties on a foil lined grill pan and cook for 5 - 7 minutes each side on a medium - high heat. In a small bowl mix mayo, mustard and mint sauce. Serve lamb burger in a bun smothered in mint mayo with a side salad or homemade chips.
