200g Spaghetti 80g Smoked Salmon Trimmings 3 tbsp of Creme Fresh Chives Lemon Black Pepper
Place the spaghetti into a pan of boiling water and cook according to the packet instructions. Wash a hand full of chives and chop. Once pasta is cooked, remove and drain, remembering to retain a small amount of the cooking water in case the sauce needs it. Return pasta to pan and add creme fresh, smoked salmon, black pepper to taste and the juice of half the lemon. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle on the chives. Serve with crusty bread or side salad.
I used fresh pasta which reduced the time to 10 mins, allow extra time if using dried.
