As it turns out, I'm actually not bad at cooking. I rarely stick to recipes though; I'm the person who reads a list of ingredients and says, "well, I don't like this, and I don't have any of that… so I'll use this instead, and leave that bit out, and I wonder what happens if I do this…" Sometimes this ends in disaster; other times it ends in tasty meals that my little girl and I love to enjoy together! The other day I made turkey burgers and was over the moon to watch my daughter enjoy eating hers. They're so much easier than I thought, and it's easy to adapt them and add whatever colours and flavours you like! This recipe makes 3 burgers, as there are only two of us in the house. You can easily double (or even triple) the amounts to feed a larger family though!
