The 1st one is some very simple oat cookies. I was fancying something of a treat to nibble on, but didn't want the sugar laden biscuits that are bought. As I have mentioned before, I am diabetic. It is a myth that I cannot eat sugar, it just needs to be controlled. Making my own cookies is a way of controlling it, when I fancy something sweet.
This recipe makes 10 little cookies.

Ingredients: 50g Porridge Oats (I used smart price) 50g Plain Flour 40g Soft Brown Sugar 70g Lower fat Butter
