Recipe: EPIC Potato Salad

Yeah I know. I know. Don’t adjust your sets, I’m actually, literally, posting a recipe. I know, I swore I wouldn’t do it, I don’t even cook FFS. My oven has been broken for two months and it’s had zero impact on my activity in the kitchen or indeed my life.But yeah. It’s happened, I’m DOING it. Please don’t be alarmed, this will most certainly not happen again for at least another year. I promise. The plus about this recipe is there is actually very little that can go wrong. Or kill you. Let’s bloody well do some cooking! This recipe is for a lovely summery potato salad, that can be served warm or cold, or straight from the fridge with your fingers at 1am. Nice addition to a BBQ blah blah blah.
