Photo-journal: High tea at Little Moreton Hall

We arrived at Little Moreton Hall just before 4pm after spending the afternoon at Biddulph Grange Gardens (I took so many pictures there and a post about our visit will follow), so we knew this would just be a fleeting visit especially as first on our agenda was food. Our first view of this National Trust property was something we weren't prepared for - it really is beautiful and as the NT website says it really doesn't look as if it should still be standing.

Before we entered, across the moat there were more sheep. Which seemed to echo the black and white of the Tudor manor house we were about to visit!
