At the start of the holiday season, I went out and bought a tin of Peppermint Bark from our local bakery. But it is so overpriced when you buy it pre-made. So I decided to make my own. It’s the easiest thing in the world!

2 C white chocolate chips 1 tsp mint extract 2 candy canes
Simply melt the white chocolate in a bowl in your microwave. Do it for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each go, until it is perfectly melted.
Next, add in your mint extract and stir, stir, stir!
Take a parchment paper lined tray and dump the melted chocolate out, spreading it all around in a thin layer.
Meanwhile, use a rolling pin or some other heavy object to crush your two candy canes into small pieces. Sprinkle the candy canes all over the still-warm chocolate.
