Those of you that know me personally and who read my blog will know that back in April, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I won't bore you with an explanation, but I will tell you that it hurts. A lot. Those of you that know me personally know that I'm a fighter! I fight everything. I fight for everything. Including the things I should let slide, but that's another subject for another day. But being a fighter sometimes has it's good points! From the beginning, I made it my goal to fight this setback and get back to full health and if I couldn't do that to at least make it through three days a week without curling up into a ball while drowning in sheer exhaustion! Add to that the depression that comes with fibromyalgia and everything else including weight gain and I haven't really done much fighting up until now. So I have a plan to beat this and I will make no mistakes about that! So what's my battle plan?
