I have been wanting to share this recipe for weeks. This year I am determined to use the bread maker more, and this is one of the fantastic recipes I have discovered.
It turns out perfectly each time I have made it. And is delicious with a yummy homemade tomato soup (I’ll post one next week)
The sage and onion are a delicious combination, making this savoury vegetarian bread taste really quite meaty in flavour.
When I made it for the first time, there were oohs and ahhs and plenty of ‘can I have seconds please?’
So here’s the recipe. It’s incredibly simple to make in the bread maker and I think looks rather impressive. I guess I was impressed making something that not only looked but tasted yummy.
