Last October I had an opportunity to do an interview in London, for a short video advertising one of the new “One Born Every Minute” books. I am a village girl by nature and the thought of going into London alone was enough to make me weep, but putting me in front of a camera for an hour’s filming was totally out of my comfort zone!
Since I started my blog 19 months ago, I have been lucky enough to experience some weird and wonderful things, but this was definitely the scariest to date. I really have no idea how actors and presenters stand in front of cameras all day every day. I found it absolutely exhausting trying to remember to sit without twisting my chair, speak loudly and clearly, smile at all times and look like I wasn’t absolutely terrified… Which I was!
