4 oz Vitalite dairy free spread 3 oz caster sugar 2 eggs 1 tablespoon lemon juice 5 oz Doves gluten-free self-raising flour mix 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
(I used a food processor so it pretty much all went in together rather than creaming and folding shenanigans)
Put the mix into a 9 inch greased cake tin and set the oven to 180°
4 nectarines ¾ teaspoon cinnamon 1½ tablespoons brown sugar
The recipe says to quarter the nectarines but I found that too big so I halved them again. Then I lay them quite gently onto the cake batter and topped with the brown sugar and cinnamon. The aroma was divine!
