When I was about 9 I sat under my father's kitchen table, took a pair of kitchen scissors and cut me a fringe. Yep, well, it was the '80s, and fringes were where it was at.
If you had un-relaxed, naturally curly hair like I did, a DIY fringe was not a good look. It bouffed about 5cm off my forehead, and featured a ridiculous gap between my eyebrows and said fringe.
Now, two children later, the full head of hair I had is substantially depleted. And the loss of fullness is not just in the hair department either,
