Milk Foot Soak
4 cups Whole Milk, warmed 2 Tbsp Epsom Salts 6 drops Lavender Essential Oil
Warm the milk slightly, mix in the Epsom salts and essential oil and add to a warm foot bath. Soak your feet for 20 minutes. Dry thoroughly and apply foot cream.
Do not try this if you have any allergies, especially to milk or dairy.
