Ozzy decided a while back that he wanted to make a bow and arrow. His thought process involved a toilet roll tube and some sellotape, pretty much his two favourite things in the world at the moment. I volunteered his father to show him the 'ways of the bow' aka I didn't actually have much of a clue.
We headed to grandads garden because my husband reliably informed me that 'that's where you can get the right kind of sticks'. I momentarily considered questioning the whole stick thing, after all a stick is a stick I thought, but once I realised that it would involve sitting in the sunshine and watching the two of them working as a team,
