Make it Healthy I'm getting so much support on my weight loss journey, this time around. It's making such a difference, I feel so much more positive. I genuinely feel like I am making changes that I, and my family, can live with.
The thing that's changed..........is what hasn't!
I'm still making the same family meals I always have, just with minor adjustments, that make them healthy. A favourite of ours is Spaghetti Bolognese. It's on this weeks Meal Plan, so I thought I would share how I make mine.
Spaghetti Bolognese (All free on Slimming World EE)
Ingredients: 250g of Extra Lean Minced Beef (below 5% fat)
