So it’s now a week since Kate gave birth to Prince George. Hopefully they are settling in well to family life, enjoying those night feeds and perhaps even getting a little sleep here and there.

Before pregnancy Kate is known to have run, completed toning exercises using a gym ball and hand weight and been very into her fitness regime, giving her a great figure. Throughout pregnancy she moved into pregnancy yoga and really seemed to look after herself. So I have no doubt that with the public eye on her she will soon be starting to get back into fitness and will hopefully have the best people advising and supporting her.
