Inside out Burger, I was watching the Food Network Channel (my new love again) its a love/hate relationship, Guy Fieri and his big bites was on.
He was making homemade burgers with a filling in the middle.
I knew I had to try it so here is my recipe, trying to get the family in the mood for our possible adventures next year.
Bacon Lardons ( I used smoked) Mushrooms ( I used a mix of wild) 500 grams Ground minced beef (this made 3) 1 – 2 teaspoons Seasoning ( salt, pepper and ground garlic) 1/2 – 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder Cheese slices ( I used a strong mature) 1 egg yolk
(please note seasoning is to your personal taste and this is how I made it to suit my family)
