Having returned to smaller portion sizes and less chocolate I'm battling the monsters in my tummy. You know the ones, they growl at you constantly and tell you you should eat something. In order to lose weight you have to take in less food, which results in you feeling hungry. That's been me this week, I'll have a small bowl of cereal in the morning and nothing until lunch time when I'll have a small portion of pasta or something. In between those two meals, at around 10:30am, those tummy monsters start talking and they don't quite until I've had lunch. It's been like that all week, they start again a couple of hours after having lunch too.
