We all know that we should eat our five a day.

That is, five appropriately sized portions of fruit and vegetables. They boost our vitamin and mineral intake and help with healthy gut function. Easy when it’s written down on paper, but not so easy when it’s a child that doesn’t like fruit.

We all know how difficult it can be to get the kids to eat five a day and often they prefer sweet snacks to healthy fresh fruit. Stop bashing your head against a brick wall and try making healthy fruit kebabs with them - simple and delicious and, according to Little Chap, who's nearly five - it's really good fun!
