Probably one of the most annoying parts of staying up late is how you look afterwards, especially your eyes. So here are some tips on how to "de-puffify" them.
Soak chamomile tea bags in cool water for a few minutes. Then lie down and close your eyes. Next, place them on your eyes for 20 minutes. Herbal teas like chamomile, have anti-irritants that soother redness and inflammation. Ultimately, "de-puffifying" your eyes.
Put two spoons in the fridge and place them on your eyes for 10 minutes.
When you are in a rush in the morning, simply splash your face a few times with some cold water. This is will constrict the blood vessels and reduce the puff.
Mix 1/2 a teaspoon of salt with 4 cups of warm water. Then dip cotton balls into the mixture and lie down with them on your eyes. Leave them on for at least 10 minutes and your eyes won't be puffy anymore.
