This week has been a bit up and down with the health and fitness. Up, because I have managed to offload the couple of lb’s that I put on in Dublin, so I am now back to where I was before I went away and still a good 6lb lighter than I was when I started. Down, because I haven’t actually made it to the gym this week!
On a plus side the healthy eating is obviously paying off and with the weather turning brighter we have managed to walk to (and sometimes from) school this week. We also went for a nice long woodland walk at the weekend instead of sitting in and it was lovely to finally get some fresh air in our lungs.
