GREAT READS FOR RELUCTANT READERS AGED 7-11 & A GIVEAWAY

Tayler and I have worked had to put together a list of fantastic reads aimed at readers aged 7-11 that we think would encourage even the most reluctant readers to sit and flip through the pages.

So lets get started shall we?

Diary of a Wimpy Kid by Jeff Kinney

My boys love these books. There’re really funny, and help them feel they’re not so alone in facing the crazy things life throws at you – especially dealing with sibling relationships!

George’s Marvelous Medicine by Roald Dahl

Written by probably one of the best children’s story tellers, this is a firm favourite. It was the first ‘proper’ book I ever read, and my boys now love it. Who wouldn’t love the idea of concocting a potion from things found around the home and feeding it to Granny?
