Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore

To drink with this dish, a really nice bottle of prosecco is lovely, I plumped for the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, a wine that is produced exclusively in North-Eastern Italy in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia Regions.
