These are so easy to make.

To make 24 mini cupcakes I use a 2 egg mix.

2 eggs 4 ozs self raising flour 4 ozs caster sugar 4 ozs butter Vanilla paste


2 ozs unsalted butter 4 ozs icing sugar Vanilla paste Drop of milk

Gas mark 3 3/4, for around 10-12 minutes.

I added cocoa powder and made chocolate cake and buttercream The mini cakes with a little buttercream and a malteser to help make the shape of the ghosts head.Using white fondant icing use a round cutter and cut out circles, largest you can.

So simple and make great gifts for the trick or treaters
