Get Ahead Gravy #ChristmasMakeAhead

This is a gravy that I’ve made for a couple of years. I have to admit I all too often just make instant gravy when we have a normal roast, but at Christmas I do like to make my own. This one is brilliant as you can do most of the hard work (and by hard work I mean bung it in the oven, boil it up, strain it) a few weeks in advance and freeze it. All this now needs is reheating, addition of the juices from the turkey and a bit of gravy browning
