Everywhere I look, everyone is on a smoothie or juice diet so I thought this week’s #handmadebeauty post should jump on that bang wagon too! Using natural and healthy ingredients on your skin as well as internally will give you a double whammy of vitamins and that can’t be a bad thing. Ingredients
1/2 Banana 1/4 Avocado 1/4 Canatloupe Melon 1 Tbsp Wheatgerm Oil 1 Tbsp Yoghurt
Method Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender and apply to freshly washed hair. Leave for 15 minutes. Rinse very well with cool water until all the mask is out.
Use immediately and always test a small area prior to using the whole mask.
