Fresh Egg Pasta Dough & Lasagna

Ingredients: 2½ cups of flour (12½ oz/390g) all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting 4 large eggs 2 teaspoons of olive oil

Note: You can reduce the quantities of this recipe to make just enough for 1 large or 2 small servings, the perfect quantity for a quick meal or for practicing rolling out and cutting strands. Use ⅔ (3½ oz/105g) plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour and 1 large egg. You can omit the olive oil.
