Feel great in body and mind this Christmas. I will be on a major damage limitation exercise this Christmas, I usually eat myself stupid, do no fitness and feel totally awful for the whole holiday. I'm not letting this happen this year, I intend to relax and not worry for Christmas day and boxing day but that's. I'm really enjoying eating brown rice, roasted veg and a meat really good for accompanying a vigorous exercise plan. I wont go into the science behind why it is good it just is. I intend to continue eating these lunches whilst I'm off work.
