Family portraits from a 5-year-old

There's something special about seeing how a child develops their creativity. Take my daughter for instance. Once upon a time my baby girl used to grab chunky crayons and randomly colour patches of paper to create ‘drawings’. Now though, she has ideas for drawings that she brings to life on paper.

I love seeing how Sophia’s creativity is developing as she gets older. The way that she sees and interprets the world is truly fascinating. Right now, she’s oblivious to all the horrible things that are going on in this world and sees only beauty wherever she looks.

I particularly enjoy her family portraits, which always make me smile. This is how she sees us...
