Face Masks

Masks, whether they are for the face, the body, hair etc. are great for drawing out impurities and for making your skin clean, smoothe and clear! So here are a few of my favorite masks that I love to do whenever I get the chance. (Keep in mind though that not all masks are made for everybody's skin type, what might wor for me may not work for you)

~ Oatmeal Mask Oatmeal is a great exfoliator and is also great at helping your skin retain moisture and keeping it looking soft. I heard that it's also filled with tons of healthy amino acids and is hypoallergenic, so it's great for sensitive skin. Together with milk and honey, it's the perfect combination.

Ingredients: 1/4 cup of any kind of plain oatmeal 1/4 cup of milk or water 2 teaspoons of honey

Instructions: Firstly, grind the oatmeal in a grinder, so that it won't be too clumpy. Then, mix together all the ingredients listed above in a bowl and with a spoon, and leave it on for 10 -15 minutes.
