Easy Pumpkin Pie | Winter Warmer Wednesday

October just screams pumpkins to me – there’s something about fall weather, leaves on the ground and darker evenings that has me crying out for pumpkin pie. The great thing about this recipe is that it’s really quick and simple to make if you use a pumpkin puree (although you can make this from scratch if you’ve got lots of time) and even quicker to make if you use a pre-made pastry.

Personally, I think pumpkin pie tastes better once it’s cooled down, but you can of course eat it warm.
