Easy fried Chicken recipe, honestly it really easy and tastes lovely


2 breast Chicken 250 mls Buttermilk Italian Herbs S&P Mustard powder 200 grams Plain Flour 2 teaspoons Baking powder


Slice your chicken into strips Add the chicken to your buttermilk, cover and allow to sit for at least 1/2hr Mix your flour, Herbs, S&P and baking powder in a dish After chicken has marinated in the buttermilk toss in the flour ensure fully coated and allow to sit for 10 minutes Deep fry on high for a few minutes then set to lower heat for another 10 minutes, just a few at time to allow an even colouring
