So I've been on the Five Two Diet for almost two weeks now. As I mentioned in my last post, I invested in a set of scales so that I could keep track of my weight loss. I weighed myself last Thursday and was a staggering 15 stone 10. I knew I'd put a lot of weight on, but I didn't think it was that much! So I weighed myself again today as most people on a diet weigh themselves once a week. This week I was 15 stone 8 which means that I've lost a whole 2 pounds! Not much I know, but it's an achievement for me.
This week, I've been thinking about the amount of execising that I do. It boils down to not much unless you count the odd walk round town or to the doctors to get my prescriptions. So I've decided that I need to do a lot more exercising to tone my muscles up as well as to help me lose weight.
