Do you have enough calcium, Vitamin D in your diet? (review)

I got an interesting email from Yoplait this week. Apparently, while most people know how important it is to have a diet rich in calcium, far fewer know that Vitamin D is essential for promoting calcium absorption in the gut, which in turn allows it to get where it needs to maintain healthy bones. This isn’t so much of a problem in the summer, as we can absorb the majority of our recommended daily Vitamin D intake from the sun, but in the winter it’s not so easy.
