In all the time I have been learning about dealing with and overcoming anxiety and depression, I have found that sometimes you just gotta take care of yourself. As I have been experiencing an anxiety low-point, it got me thinking about all the things I do during these particularly bad times to make me feel better. Trying to overcome a mental health problem can be exhausting, draining and emotionally unsettling and every couple of months or so, I seem to hit a wall progress-wise. It’s like my body is telling me that I need to start practising some self-care and self-love!
