Circus Mums

I don’t really like having breakfast and although I make sure Princess eats before she leaves for the child minder, I usually leave the house with little more than half a cup of coffee in my tummy. I’m trying hard to stick to Weight Watchers plan and one of the messages that get drilled into our head is the importance of not skipping meals. Juicing and smoothies seem to do the trick and replaces my coffees in the morning without making me feel like I’m ‘eating’.
