Last week I shared a recipe for my Christmas Pudding Nougat as I had some of my homemade Christmas Pudding leftover and didnt want to waste it, but wanted to try a different way of eatign it up. I wanted to try out some new ways of using it up and had a bit of a play around. I ended up making a Christmas Pudding Tiffin having been inspired by some wonderfully delectable jellybean tiffin. Playing around with that recipe and adding my own spin on it, including some brandy snaps which were also left over from Christmas, I came up with this recipe which is yummy! This is how I made my Christmas Pudding Tiffin.
