I’m not the sportiest of people but over the years I’ve tried lots of different activities and classes. I’ve periodically done aerobics, swimming, running, aquafit, pilates and there was even a time in late 90’s when I attended yoga classesfollow with fellow blogger Mum of One. Unfortunately we had to knock those on the head because we were pathologically incapable of not giggling during the quiet meditating bits at the end. Shameful, I know! There’s so many options to choose between now the key is to keep in mind what you really want to achieve. Best for weight loss
