This is a rather basic adaptation of a recipe that I found in a magazine earlier this year and I love it. It is easy to make, very indulgent and tastes delicious. I won't mention the calories as I try not to think about them, but the taste is so good that I don't worry about it.
Ingredients 100g melted butter 300g biscuits, crushed (I use Fox's Golden Crunch) 200ml double cream 100g butter cubed 300g chocolate (I use milk but it is equally nice with plain)
cream to serve (optional) 23cm loose-based flan tin
Grease the sides of the flan tin with a little of the melted butter.
